W34/84。大概隔天大步走,但飲食未節制,只略略輕了,路仍長。
即期週末中午下廚:番茄紅蘿蔔魚骨湯、茄子梅菜蒸肉餅、鮮菇炒雲南白菜、瑞士汁土豆雞翼,大堆頭滿足了四五餐;下午茶魚湯伴兩片咖喱薄餅,早餐剩菜白粥加牛脷酥與咸煎餅,最後一餐以剩菜煮通心米粉。
覺得粟米片賣得很貴,輕輕一盒就十五元,不過偶爾可用來解饞,加黑豆維他奶,伴兩塊合桃酥。因為鯊鯊,麻辣燙對我們有特別意義;而每次吃也自自然然回想一下那段日子。
